This role is fully remote, enabling counselors to provide care from the comfort of their own homes. Counselors can work full-time (30+ hours per week) or part-time (5+ hours per week), allowing for a flexible schedule that can be tailored to meet your personal and professional needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a safe environment for clients to express their feelings and concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive ongoing assessments of clients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.

• Facilitate skill-building workshops or sessions to help clients improve their coping mechanisms, problem-solving skills, and overall communication abilities.

• Regularly document session notes and treatment progress while adhering to best practices in mental health documentation.

• Implement therapeutic techniques that are evidence-based, informed by current research in mental health treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance to navigate life’s challenges. Your role will include addressing a diverse range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relational concerns, and transitional challenges. By providing tailored support, you will help clients foster resilience and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and current state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD, allowing independent practice without supervision.

• A clean professional record, free of any disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms relevant to telehealth counseling, alongside a stable and reliable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a remote counseling setting is an advantage.

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your level of experience and hours worked. In addition to this, counselors are eligible for an attractive sign-on bonus. Compensation includes weekly direct deposit, comprehensive insurance options encompassing health, dental, and vision coverage.
