Work Environment\n

Work remotely from your home while being an integral part of our outpatient office's multidisciplinary team. Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. You will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, allowing for both convenience and accessibility for our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider cultural backgrounds and individual patient experiences to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions in conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote resilience, mental well-being, and personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with a range of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to coordinate care and optimize treatment strategies for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support and facilitate therapeutic engagement during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and relevant community resources.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of all patient interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
