The typical work schedule involves weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patient needs. As a therapist at Over the Top Counseling Services, you will utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions and track client progress with confidentiality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
