Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working with geriatric populations is preferred.

• Robust understanding of geriatric mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, delivering a patient-centered approach with compassion.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Royal Psychological Wellness Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
