Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 1-on-1 telehealth sessions lasting 30 minutes each, focusing on delivering personalized mental health counseling tailored to the unique needs of your clients.

• Address sub-clinical issues such as work-related stress, procrastination, and work-life balance, assisting clients in setting personal and professional goals.

• Engage actively with the internal clinical team to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to our counseling programs and telehealth platform.

• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records utilizing electronic medical records systems to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, depending on your experience and hours worked.
