Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients’ mental health status through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to formulate a comprehensive diagnosis.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and engage clients in their therapeutic journeys by collaborating on specific therapy goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and holistic approaches as deemed appropriate.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to track progress, adjust therapy plans as necessary, and provide the coping strategies and support needed to overcome challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• At least four years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling to a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
