Work Environment

The position will be located onsite at our Rehabilitation Center in Metuchen, New Jersey, where you will work within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to determine their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall function.
• Monitor and assess patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in effective communication with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide updates on progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing in compliance with industry regulations.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to implement effective treatment protocols.
• Manage a patient load efficiently, seeing one patient per hour while ensuring quality care and attention to each individual.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to collaboratively enhance patient care approaches and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Trigger Physical Therapy, our clientele primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• At least 2 years of experience providing physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively as part of a team to deliver patient-centered care.
• A strong commitment to continuing education and professional development.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary measures against your license.

Preferred Experience

Experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinic is highly preferred, as is familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, benefits include:
