Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and effective individual and couples therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Ensure timely completion of all client notes and record-keeping activities in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Maintain an organized calendar by scheduling appointments and promptly following up with clients to optimize their engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Utilize electronic management records (EMR) for tracking progress and maintaining confidentiality, productivity, and accountability.

• Address a variety of clinical presentations, adapting your therapeutic approach to best meet the needs of each client you serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your therapeutic interventions will address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns prevalent in a school environment, where early intervention can significantly enhance a student’s academic and social success.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required, with a master's degree preferred.

• Must be independently licensed to practice as an LCSW.

• Must demonstrate professionalism and have excellent therapeutic boundaries while being culturally competent and self-motivated.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for managing a full caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, along with bonuses based on performance. As a W2 employee, you will receive full overhead coverage, including furnished office space, malpractice insurance, and other essential tools to support your work.
