Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform, employing evidence-based practices to address diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their unique needs, preferences, and goals to ensure a tailored therapeutic experience.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and developing comprehensive follow-up plans.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to state and federal regulations, utilizing our electronic health record system for documentation and care coordination.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive client care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with emerging research, industry trends, and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is essential, or the candidate must be eligible for licensure.

• A proven track record of at least 2 years in delivering therapeutic services to various populations, demonstrating strong counseling and assessment skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
