This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing counselors to effectively engage with patients while also managing their professional responsibilities from home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one counseling and crisis intervention for patients, assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral concerns through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in active communication with physicians and healthcare providers to share insights on patient progress, address concerns, and collaborate on comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of clinical interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with established departmental policies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to develop individualized plans of treatment and discharge plans, using psychosocial assessments to inform decision-making.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local community resource groups, advocating for patient needs and representing our organization at community meetings and on committees.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Applicants must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is the minimum qualification, candidates with additional experience in crisis intervention, group therapy facilitation, or working with diverse populations will be favored. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
