Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions under the oversight of a supervising nurse, creating a safe space for clients to explore their mental health concerns.

• Document client progress meticulously by completing progress notes at the end of each shift, capturing significant changes and reflections in their journey towards recovery.

• Stay informed on the treatment goals for assigned patients, advocating for their needs and making recommendations for further support when warranted.

• Recognize and respond swiftly to patient emergencies, employing crisis intervention techniques as necessary to ensure safety.

• Demonstrate strong time management skills by effectively prioritizing tasks and allocating work time to ensure client needs are met promptly and accurately.

• Contribute to assessments and treatment plans, making professional evaluations that guide the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
