Associate Partner - Enterprise Asset Management

Role Description

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Partner candidate to join the leadership team of our North American Utilities practice.

• You will be part of the North American leadership team for Utilities, working with current consulting leadership and sales to execute on growth and delivery strategies.
• Helping to recruit and build high performing teams.
• Lead or participate on client teams responsible for problem definition, solution design, development, and deployment for major transformation initiatives.
• As a thought leader in the Power Utilities domain, with a focus on SAP S/4 Enterprise Asset Management.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4 EAM and specific functionalities designed for North American Utilities.
• Interaction with senior executives in the operations organization.
• Deep understanding of related functions like supply chain, procurement, project, and portfolio management.
• End-to-end process knowledge in the IPSEC model is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 12+ years of experience in business process consulting in EAM for North American Utilities.
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Passion for transforming clients' businesses to unlock value for their shareholders, clients, and partners.
• Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state, and/or national client locations.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA EAM modules including PM, PPM, GEF, Time and Cost calculations, capitalization models, GIS integration, etc.
• Proficient in SAP Fiori applications and reporting tools.
• Leadership of complex business transformation programs.
• Project execution employing a global delivery model.
