Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgical procedures within their home, adapting therapy techniques to the home care setting.
• Establish individualized treatment plans using a comprehensive approach that may include exercise, hands-on therapy, and therapeutic equipment to enhance mobility and alleviate pain.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to facilitate recovery and improve functional outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and mobility techniques to ensure continuity of care after therapy sessions.
• Stay current in the field through continuous professional development, including attending workshops, reading industry publications, and engaging with professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Your expertise will address a wide array of orthopedic conditions including post-operative rehabilitation, injury recovery, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:
