Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays or disabilities, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform intervention strategies.

• Engage with families to provide education, resources, and skills necessary to enhance child development and well-being.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing social work practices and early intervention services.

• Build rapport with children and families, promoting a nurturing environment that supports learning and emotional growth.

• Recommend service frequency based on individual developmental milestones and family concerns, adapting services to fit the real-world context of each child's life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, particularly those who are encountered within the hospice context. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in assessing and providing support to families navigating complex emotional and logistical challenges associated with end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
