Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and strengths, utilizing standardized tools as well as clinical judgment. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with client goals and best practices in mental health care. Deliver individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, adapting modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to suit each client's situation. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client records are complete and securely stored. Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor and document their progress to ensure efficacy of treatment. Engage in regular consultation and case review meetings with colleagues to enhance treatment approaches and share effective strategies. Participate in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions, to embrace new therapeutic techniques and stay abreast of developments in the mental health field. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client base includes children, adolescents, and adults facing an array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and other psychological challenges. As therapists, you will have the chance to work with diverse populations, empowering clients from varied backgrounds to achieve mental wellness. You will be instrumental in providing clients with the tools and strategies they need to thrive personally and socially. Qualifications A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD). A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred. Strong communication skills, paired with an ability to empathize and create a non-judgmental therapeutic space for clients. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage a caseload. A genuine passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys, demonstrated by a history of compassionate care. Preferred Experience While we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, previous experience in a teletherapy setting, alongside familiarity with online documentation systems such as EHR (Electronic Health Records) software, is considered a valuable asset.
