Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, aligning with best practices in mental health care.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and pre-crisis management strategies, including creating behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment interventions.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment strategies for complex cases.

• Maintain timely and detailed clinical documentation adhering to regulatory compliance standards.

• Act as a liaison to community partners and state agencies, advocating for patients and promoting program visibility.

• Engage in continuous professional growth by attending relevant training sessions, conferences, and workshops.

• Promote and uphold the mission and values of the agency within the community.

• Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those seeking recovery from substance abuse, individuals with developmental disabilities, and clients dealing with brain injuries. This population may present unique challenges that require tailored approaches, and your expertise will support these individuals in achieving better mental health outcomes and integration into their communities.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• An independent LMHC license from the state board is essential.

• Demonstrable experience in clinical record-keeping and report preparation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
