Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and family counseling tailored to addressing adjustment challenges, emotional distress, and promoting resilience among students.

• Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate students' psychosocial needs, ensuring a supportive school environment.

• Assist students and families in accessing community resources, such as mental health support groups, vocational training, and housing assistance.

• Facilitate educational workshops for families on coping strategies, mental health awareness, and community resource navigation.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to discharge planning to support smooth transitions for students back to school or into community settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents facing various challenges, including mental health issues, behavioral difficulties, and social adjustment concerns. This role is crucial in supporting students dealing with trauma, family changes, or any circumstances that may impact their academic and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
