Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical social work evaluations, offering individual counseling tailored to each student’s unique needs.

• Establish aftercare plans that empower students to succeed post-discharge from school-based mental health programs.

• Monitor medication side effects under a psychiatrist’s guidance, ensuring that families are educated about treatment protocols.

• Maintain an ongoing caseload, providing case management services, crisis intervention, and emotional support to students and families.

• Engage in thorough documentation according to organizational policies, including progress notes, treatment plans, and biopsychosocial assessments.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure comprehensive care coordination and utilization reviews.

• Research and advocate for community resources such as housing assistance, childcare, and healthcare services that support student health and success.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
