This remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your home or any location that suits your needs, enabling a flexible work-life balance. You will connect with clients through our established telehealth platform, which is secure and user-friendly. Team communication, case consultations, and administrative tasks occur via our digital platforms, promoting a cohesive virtual environment despite the physical distance. Our operational hours run Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule for both therapists and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in virtual therapy sessions with pre-screened clients, employing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive personalized care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, including progress notes that reflect client progress and changes in treatment.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals for comprehensive care and regularly participate in case discussions to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active Tennessee licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.
