Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling and therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health issues and develop comprehensive treatment plans, updating these plans as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

• Engage with clients experiencing a range of mental health diagnoses, as well as those managing substance use disorders, offering them essential support and resources.

• Participate in regular staff meetings to enhance team cohesion and contribute to a collaborative work culture.

• Manage your caseload effectively, balancing the demands of client sessions, documentation, and administrative responsibilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, providing mental health support to individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and experiences. This role requires a commitment to understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by each client, including cultural sensitivities and community resources that may affect their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, enabling you to connect with clients effectively and devise appropriate care strategies.

• Proven ability to build rapport and establish meaningful relationships with clients, promoting a therapeutic alliance essential for successful outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
