Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Phoenix Rising Counseling Center, our client base is as varied as the therapists on our team. You will work primarily with adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active professional license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD, allowing for unsupervised practice.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy, demonstrating proficiency in handling diverse populations and complex cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
