Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy services to clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, among others.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ mental health status and establish clear treatment goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans by utilizing evidence-based interventions, consistently adjusting plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Engage in treatment reviews and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, medical professionals, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document therapy sessions and client interactions accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a diverse spectrum of backgrounds, facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a pivotal role in offering therapeutic support through remote platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort for all clients. The outpatient office-based facility complements our remote work, providing a location for in-person sessions as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid, unrestricted state license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to establish professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n
