Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate a variety of psychotherapy groups tailored to children, families, and multi-family units, employing psychoeducation and guiding discussions to foster effective group processes.

• Coordinating and delivering case management services that create a supportive network for clients and their families, ensuring multi-systemic assistance.

• Maintain consistent communication with a child’s family and support network, which may include childcare providers, educators, and child welfare professionals, to provide cohesive care.

• Implement Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) principles and maintain practices that emphasize cultural and linguistic appropriateness to address the diverse needs of our clients.

• Participate in professional development through training and continuing education units (CEUs) to stay current with best practices and licensure requirements.

• Engage in supervision sessions for quality assurance and personal growth, attending at least two hours of individual or group supervision monthly.

• Utilize technology for effective documentation, ensuring all client interactions are accurately recorded and follow agency policies.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, screen for mental health disorders, establish diagnosis, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver psychotherapy designed for age-appropriate interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
