Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct video counseling sessions with clients, ensuring a compassionate and ethical therapeutic relationship.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs and promote skill development in coping, problem-solving, and effective communication.

• Monitor and document client progress over time, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on low-acuity adult clients who seek support in their mental health journey. This demographic may include individuals dealing with stress, adjustment disorders, mild anxiety/depression, and relationship management issues. You will employ a strength-based approach tailored to empower clients, helping them develop skills for lifelong mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold an independent state license such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with no disciplinary actions on record.

• Strong interpersonal communication abilities and demonstrable computer literacy are essential for effective counseling and documentation.
