Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Good Life Psychological Services, you will primarily support individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties. Our diverse client base includes clients from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, emphasizing the need for cultural competence and individualized care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Maryland.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience with clients experiencing emotional and psychological challenges is preferred, but not required.

• Demonstrated capability in providing counseling services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging between USD 115,000 and 130,000 . Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, enabling you to maintain personal health and wellness. Counselors will have free access to our platform's services as clients, promoting self-care while maintaining professional responsibilities.
