Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional status, and personal histories, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with client-specific goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing innovative techniques to engage clients and encourage active participation in their therapeutic journey.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adapt treatment plans as needed, ensuring responsive care that reflects evolving client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in distress, facilitating safety and access to resources in emergency situations.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records while ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address integrated treatment approaches.

• Stay informed about the latest mental health research and treatment modalities by participating in ongoing professional training and development opportunities.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients within the community, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide:
