Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique needs, establishing individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services, utilizing therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other suitable modalities to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care and support for clients, enhancing their overall treatment outcomes.

• Engage in crisis intervention, utilizing your skills and experience to assist clients in high-stress situations, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and combating the stigma associated with seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, showing sensitivity and understanding of the varying backgrounds of clients.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient or community mental health settings is highly desired.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards.

• Experience in group therapy facilitation and family systems therapy will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
