Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will:

You will primarily work with young adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Experience in mental health treatment within residential or outpatient settings, specifically working with adolescents and young adults.

• Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
