Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct outpatient therapy, including individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to the unique needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals from diverse backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Demonstrated success in treating clients with mood disorders, highlighting effective therapeutic outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, coupled with performance-based bonuses.
