Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and devise individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to serious mental health disorders.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and develop pre-crisis and crisis management plans, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments, to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Regularly document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring timely and accurate records.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess clients and inform treatment decisions effectively, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans.

• Actively contribute to licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating adherence to best practices and continual improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Eligibility for licensure in the state of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
