Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions via video chat and outpatient appointments, ensuring timely and effective support tailored to each client’s needs.

• Utilize your professional expertise in conducting comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ mental, emotional, and social needs and to establish personalized treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate treatment strategies and interventions that promote sustainable mental health improvements.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, helping them set realistic and achievable goals for personal development, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.

• Collaborate with a diverse array of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health counselors, to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license with no current disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated mastery in clinical social work practices, including conducting thorough assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to foster trusting relationships with a wide range of client populations.

• Proficient in using digital tools and willing to embrace technology necessary for remote therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
