This role is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients via telehealth platforms. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations to understand clients' needs and establish their treatment pathways.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address specific mental health and substance use issues.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation through electronic health records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Regularly review and monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The LPCC position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
