Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with individual adult clients via secure video conferencing platforms. You will employ therapeutic techniques to assess and address clients' unique needs during each session.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow mental health counselors to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that promote holistic recovery.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to track client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly, ensuring that care remains tailored and effective.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions with the clinical team to gain insights, share experiences, and refine your therapeutic skills.

• Provide timely and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in our electronic health record system.

Your primary focus will be on adult individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and related mental health issues. Each client will have unique backgrounds and needs, requiring you to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet their specific goals and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) is mandatory. Note that we cannot accept applications from interns or those requiring supervision for individual therapy.

• A strong track record of professional conduct with no disciplinary actions against your license.

• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential for managing client relationships and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our full-time counselors can expect a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, you will receive:
