Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Thoroughly documenting client interactions through comprehensive notes and timely record-keeping to ensure continuity of care and compliance with ethical standards.

• Coordinating ongoing appointments, managing client calendars effectively to maintain accessibility and consistency in treatment.

• Utilizing a professional billing service that manages claims and insurance queries, allowing you to focus on client care rather than administrative tasks.

• Demonstrating the ability to work with a wide range of clinical presentations, from minor emotional concerns to more complex psychological issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass clients across various age groups who may be dealing with developmental challenges, emotional difficulties, and interpersonal issues. You will engage directly with students, parents, and educational staff to create a well-rounded approach to therapy. Understanding the unique social and academic pressures faced by students, you will implement strategies to support their mental health and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current LCSW license, allowing independent practice.

• Exemplary professionalism with strong therapeutic boundaries and exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively, including being available for 20-25 hours per week, with a commitment to at least two evenings of client appointments weekly.

Preferred Experience\n
