Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals receiving care in a hospice setting, offering them essential mental health support during a critical time in their lives. You will address a variety of mental health concerns that arise in end-of-life care, ensuring that clients and their families have access to compassionate guidance and therapeutic resources as they navigate their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

This position requires individuals to possess a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, along with a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification issued by a state board. Additionally, candidates must have no prior disciplinary actions on their license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
