Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed about advancements in mental health and counseling practices.

Our client base includes individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Wellness Recovery & Counseling Centers offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and current caseloads. We provide comprehensive benefits, including access to dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance and support with client referrals. Our administrative staff assists with billing and documentation, allowing you to focus more on client care.
