Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, needs, and challenges, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's circumstances.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that include therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet clients' unique needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive and safe environment where clients can explore their emotions and strategies for recovery.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care, continuously updating treatment plans to reflect client progress and feedback.

• Advocate for clients' rights and support their access to community resources, such as housing, employment assistance, and substance abuse programs.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Understanding the complexities of addiction, you will employ a trauma-informed approach to care, recognizing the unique backgrounds and challenges faced by each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
