Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Great Lakes Psychotherapy Services, your daily responsibilities will be diverse and impactful:

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals and tailored interventions that align with clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to manage emergent situations effectively.

• Document client progress and therapy sessions accurately and timely, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to promote community and shared healing.
