Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Fortius, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice.
\n
• Credentials may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates without disciplinary actions will be prioritized.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature towards clients.

Preferred Experience\n
