Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments, including comprehensive evaluations of psychological, emotional, and behavioral health to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment strategies that incorporate best practices in mental health therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to continually enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse client base, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your support will help clients develop coping strategies, enhance their self-awareness, and promote personal growth in a safe, affirming environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in providing mental health counseling.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is desirable, particularly for effective documentation and treatment tracking.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
