Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

• Engage in collaborative practices with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary care team to ensure cohesive treatment strategies and recommendations for resources.

• Document case notes, therapy outcomes, and ongoing client progress accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and Rocky Meadow Counseling standards.

• Participate in peer reviews and clinical discussions to maintain best practices and high standards of care within the facility.

• Advocate for clients' needs and facilitate communication between them and various stakeholders, including insurance providers and community support services.

• Assist in crisis interventions and bereavement support for clients and their families, ensuring timely and sensitive responses to acute situations.

• Educate clients and families regarding mental health processes, helping them navigate available services and supports.

You will work with a diverse clientele encompassing varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n
