Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with new clients, gathering insights on their mental health history and current challenges to establish accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.

• Develop customized therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, continuously adjusting strategies based on their progress and feedback.

• Facilitate regular one-on-one therapy sessions, offering guidance and support to help clients navigate their particular mental health issues.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions to foster community and connection among clients facing similar struggles, providing a safe space for shared experiences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans within the EHR system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for clients with co-occurring conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mindset Mastery, you will work with a diverse range of clients who may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Our clinic serves individuals from various backgrounds, allowing you to engage with multicultural perspectives and adapt therapeutic practices accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
\n
• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience.
\n
• A strong understanding of contemporary mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven ability to deliver both individual and group therapy with a focus on inclusive, culturally competent approaches.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and calmness under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
