This position is entirely remote, providing you the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits your needs while maintaining a focus on patient care. Our office hours run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of our patients during their treatment schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant techniques.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to promote community and provide emotional support to patients with shared experiences.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during urgent mental health situations, showcasing expertise and sound judgment.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and available community resources, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
