Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide on-call crisis services and emergency consultations during workdays to support clients in immediate need.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations that include assessments of criminal and substance abuse histories while ensuring accurate documentation.

• Evaluate clients' suicide risk with clinical precision, adhering to protocols for safety and care.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and support interviews, including in challenging environments.

• Collaborate seamlessly with medical and support staff to formulate accurate diagnoses and manage psychiatric disorders effectively.

• Develop individualized treatment plans according to best practices and document patient care while monitoring progress.

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and clients, ensuring transparency and collaboration in planning and executing care strategies.

Qualifications\n
