Sales Development Representative - Austin (Portuguese Speaking)

Position Summary Harness is looking for individuals who are passionate, driven, smart, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed expectations and advance their career in B2B software sales. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will generate new opportunities, handle inbound inquiries, follow up on marketing campaigns, and collaborate with our sales team to build pipeline and contribute to revenue growth. The focus will be working with our Latin America and South American teams. Professional proficiency in Portuguese, both written and spoken, is required. Spanish is a plus; not required. Key Responsibilities Research and prospect into target accounts. Conduct high‑level conversations explaining the value proposition of the Harness Platform. Cold call, email, and leverage LinkedIn and direct mail for strategic outreach. Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach, LeadIQ, etc. Act as a collaborative strategic partner to Account Executives. Exceed specific daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals. About You Prior cold‑calling experience. Proven track record of success and thrive in a metrics‑driven culture. At the core, you are curious and creative. Demonstrate an insatiable desire to learn and improve. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
