Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families, ensuring an accurate and compassionate evaluation of their needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, employing evidence-based practices to promote therapeutic success.

• Maintain accurate billing, documentation, and treatment planning by completing necessary paperwork, including insurance authorization forms, within specified time frames.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans aimed at maintaining stable mental health functioning.

• Create discharge plans that support smooth transitions for clients out of therapy while ensuring continuity of care and follow-up.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulations, and NEHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance and ethical practice.
\n
• Invest in your professional development by pursuing ongoing training and continuing education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and share insights with colleagues.
\n
• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with clients from different backgrounds, ages, and socio-economic situations, providing tailored care that emphasizes empowerment and holistic well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required, which qualifies you for licensing.

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Oregon.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or similar environment is preferred.
