Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health status, utilizing evidence-based evaluation tools to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic services through secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platforms, ensuring a consistent and safe therapeutic experience.

• Collaborate with clients to set meaningful therapeutic objectives and provide ongoing emotional support throughout their treatment journey.

• Incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to fulfill client-centered treatment goals.

• Document all interactions and progress notes accurately and promptly, maintaining compliance with industry standards and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals receiving end-of-life care in hospice settings, where mental health support is paramount. Our therapists work closely with clients facing significant life transitions, grief, and existential challenges, fostering emotional resilience and helping them navigate their final journey with dignity and peace.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication skills that enable the establishment of a strong therapeutic alliance with clients in a remote setting.

• Demonstrated empathy, sensitivity, and understanding of the complexities involved in hospice care and the experiences of clients facing end-of-life issues.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance client sessions and documentation with professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
