Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Peninsula Family & Parenthood Community Health, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions to clients dealing with a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Implementing tailored therapeutic techniques aimed at promoting personal growth, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation to ensure ethical compliance and track client progress throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Engaging in regular consultations and case reviews with fellow therapists to discuss client progress, share insights, and refine treatment methodologies.

• Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain abreast of contemporary therapeutic trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families combating mental health issues, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
