Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions with clients using video conferencing tools, ensuring ethical and compassionate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will predominantly consist of stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• You must hold one of the following licenses to independently practice without supervision: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses, and you must have no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated empathy, and the ability to work with a diverse client population.

• A proficiency in using digital tools and computer systems to facilitate remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role features a competitive salary between $90,000 and $104,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked.
