We are an executive search agency recruiting on behalf of a respected commercial construction company seeking an organized Construction Contracts Administrator. This role will manage contract documentation, change orders, compliance records, and important contractual deadlines. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure records remain complete and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain construction contracts and supporting documents.
• Track change orders, insurance certificates, and contractual deadlines.
• Coordinate documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Maintain accurate contract records and resolve administrative discrepancies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction contract administration experience.
• Understanding of construction contracts and change-order processes.
• Strong organizational and document-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
